| Being on time for your appointment is greatly
appreciated to receive your full service and to
ensure other clients are not inconvenienced. New
clients are requested to arrive 10-15 minutes
early. To ensure you get an appointment when
you want and with whom you want, we
recommend you schedule your next service
prior to leaving the spa.

| When scheduling an appointment, a credit
card number will be required to hold the
reservation. Should a cancellation or date
change be necessary, we request a
minimum of 24 -hours notice for any
single service or 50% of total services
will be charged. A 48 -hours notice is
required for any multiple services, spa
package or a weekend cancellation.

| Tipping is always left to the
discretion of our clients.
Gift certificates do not
always include gratuities.
